Frederiksberg Laughter Club posted some time ago a press release about a Telephone Laughter line, where you can call and get 1 minute laughter with one of the trainers from Frederiksberg Laughter Club. Because of its success the service has been stopped, however. But you can hear the discipline "free laughter" performed by Frederiksberg Laughter Club - the recording ends with the participants' talk about the effects of laughter. Use headphones to hear the recording, as it gives much better sound.
Free latter are often carried out only in 5-10 minutes, but in this case it goes on for 17 minutes, you are now warned.

The program gives us an insight into the importance of the laughter on health.
The Indian physician Madan Kataria (the laughter movement's founder) once said; Medicine can not produce a pill which is just as good as 5 minutes of daily laughter. This statement is now being tested by. In week 16 - 22 March 2009 the prescription was 1 week morning laughter for the busy and recognized the Michelin Star restaurant in Søllerød. The camera follows kitchen commander Jakob De Neergaard, Chef Brian and student Mathias, along with the entire kitchen staff who have to throw knives, spoons and forks and surrender to the universe of laughter in a week. After a week with morning laughter the doctor in the program found that the blood pressure has dropped drastically, and the resting heart rate was actually fallen to the half height for the 3 focus persons.
Having fun is vital to our well-being at work and in fact there is almost a guarantee for success.
Thomas Flindt urge everyone to focus on having fun, even during working hours: "We are so busy that we forget to be present in our own lives. Our thoughts tell us that we must get on tomorrow and yesterday - and it may also be true - but many people are so busy that they forget the moment. "They forget to live, laugh and play in the present moment, and it creates stress," said the Danish laughter coach.
